Sully Motsweni is an independent, and self-motivated individual. Her extensive experience and competence span multiple disciplines over 28 years started in Internal Audit, Forensic Audit, Risk Management, Compliance, and Strategy Development, Recruitment Consulting proceeded to Events planning, Sponsorship & Broadcast Rights Management.
Sully is “her own woman” an assertive individual who is prepared to take unpopular decisions or advocate unconventional approaches if necessary. Her insistence on professionalism, integrity and quality, listening skills and patience with people, determination to develop other people, building coherent teams, profile an individual endowed with leadership qualities.
Sully articulates her ideas well and has developed the skill to critically analyze and understand all business processes of the Public Broadcaster.
She is a Certified Risk Analyst (CRA) from the International Academy of Business Financial Management; holds a B-com Degree in Accounting from the University of Johannesburg (previously known as Vista University), a LDP (Leadership Development Program) and an EDP (Executive Development Program) from Gibs.
She is currently studying for her NQF 8 LLB degree. Her post B Degree training includes in-depth business studies incorporating, inter alia, Financial Risk Management, Marketing, HR Management, Strategy development and execution, Operations Compliance and Project Management, thus making her a multi-disciplined individual.
Sully’s career has been characterized by consistent growth in expertise and a concomitant ascent in responsibility to her recent position of Group Executive: SABC SPORT. Post her extensive career in the public sector she has been consulting for various entities, in IT, Construction, Engineering as well as Human Capital Services, she is considered an adept and seasoned practitioner, an astute negotiator.
Her critical competencies such as Sponsorship Management, Sports Rights negotiations, Events, Communication, Enterprise Risk Management, Compliance, Policy & Strategy Formulation, Financial modelling and Project finance Management &, and Project Management under a framework of good governance are integral to her experience.

Caruschka has over 34 years of experience in technical recruitment, C-suite headhunting, 26 years as the Managing Director of her own recruitment agency.
